Did you take that picture? Are you the film director? Are you the hair stylist? Are you the make-up artist? Are you the producer? Are you the writer? Did you come up with the concept for that character or that scene? Did you create the program you used to edit that picture? Did you come up with the font style, or the texture used for that picture? Did you create the operating system on which you used that program? Did you build the computer yourself? How long does it take to code something like that?
