Woke up at 7:30am (after going to bed at 4:30am because sleep and I have a dysfunctional relationship) so Jaime and I could get to Moffitt before 10:30. Jaime's having surgery tomorrow morning. Granted, it's just a routine port removal, but still; I am a ball of nerves. Urrrrrgh.

Have been for a little while, but I was exhausted (anxiety on plane -> ambulance -> many EKGs -> delayed return, but at least I know I have a good heart, I guess?) and far too squiggly at seeing Jaime again to steal some LJ time. Went up to Moffitt this morning for a consultation with the bone marrow transplant people. Sokol didn't think Jaime'd need it, but since Burkitts moves so fast (the doctor we spoke to in the bone marrow clinic said there is no known cancer that grows more quickly than Burkitts Lymphoma.
