::shudders:: I'll just pretend it's a Goa'uld who's trying to mess with John's head for his or her own nefarious purposes.

That definitely feels like a Twilight Zone episode, or that episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer where she was given a poison that made her imagine she was in a mental hospital and that none of her life was real.

Hey, that could be a good reason for John's situation, too. I'll go with that. :D

Nope. I was just leaving it up to the reader to decide if John is a murderer or a victim of some brainwashing plot
