Confused, Cranky and Creating nothing

I hate everyone and everything. I am having headaches on my left side. Constantly swimming in and out. And when the pain is gone I get spells of surrealism, where I wonder if I am real. What is going on.. if this is a curse it has left funny and has left me weary and annoyed. I wish for this pain to stop, I will cry. I will go to the health
