That's what I thought, well DUH of COURSE they can write what they want. while the QUESTION should be a stupid obvious question, if you read a lot of the answers, you see that PEOPLE are stupid. They'd gladly say NO they can't write it, they can't shop a book around for publishing, and if they do we should TAKE their money and give it to the victims families. Simply, they're in favor of censorship and are too dumb to consider the idea of speaking with their money, not buying the book to support the person, or even picketing against the book to raise awareness of the crime.

Nah, they'd start handing over freedom of speech rights that are supposed to be guaranteed to all, just because THEY don't like what someone has to say.

It SHOULD be a no brainer question, but turns out it's not.
