LJ achievements?

LJ told me a bunch of you got new achievements, either Discussion Master or Dialog Pro. Okay, makes sense, EXCEPT for the person who hasn't been on LJ for 6 years?

I am confused.

I logged into an LJ I haven’t used in over 10 years. I ended up getting an achievement 🙄

Right? I log in and have like 20 new notifications, and it's everyone being called "discussion master" or "dialog pro." It's disappointing, I like comments! Not "Oh hai, you posted, post again to continue the streak!"
