Yeah, you don't talk about the faith stuff that much in your journal. Just an observation. I would love to get your thoughts on it because it's interesting and because I know you won't get too preachy.

I think I need to just spout random short posts that get into my head instead of trying to write long drawn out ones. If anything, it will get some of this stuff out of my head, and maybe start discussions. You can always ask me questions :)

Nnnnniiiiiiiice!!! Excellent selections. :D
My dog, Princess, TOTALLY reminds me of Satchel. ROFL. She's half sharpei, half yellow lab, so she's solidly built with a little loose skin and she's also a total DODO like he is! *grins*

Are you in any Bible study groups? They've been a HUGE help to me in more than one way over the last couple of years. I started out with one, and now I've got THREE. Heh. It's a little ridiculous, but....I've learned a lot, made friends, gotten out of the house, and grown spiritually.
It's VERY exciting to learn things, especially when it's faith related. I think it's just something else that solidifies God as REAL when these things come together. I think Jesus is super-exciting 'cause we are saved BY FAITH, and faith alone. True faith brings a willingness to be better/nicer/more loving, so in a sense while we're free to DO anything, we don't WANT to do just anything (we're free to do anything, but not everything is beneficial).

Jesus Christ is amazing, and you know what? I just take Him for granted all of the time.

I am in a community group, which is co-ed and meets every other week. On the alternate weeks, we have discipleship group, with just the guys or girls.

Ooh, neat - that sounds very interesting. :D Do you go through sections of the Bible, or study based off of a book or sermon? I've done all three in the various groups I'm in. So far, the only book we've studied has been "Blue Like Jazz", which I'd been sick of hearing about up until I actually read it. :) Good book.
Dif. group is going to start going through Rick Warren's "Purpose Driven Life" in a week or so. Another good book.
