*babbles incoherently* omgomgomg, you remixed THIS!! and its FABULOUS.

Mal comes second. Mal ALWAYS comes second. And Zoe, with him seeing the real her! And Wash's running commentary! and he is the only one servicing Inara! And Kaylee, all covered in grease! AND RIVER'S TOTALLY MADE ME FLAIL!

She moved like Inara and smiled like Kaylee and demanded like Zoe. She ordered like Mal and bullied like Simon and teased like Wash.

Why don't we just call it "Cat in the Box" or some other vague reference for Schrodinger? Since you reference the cat toward the end.

Why does this remixed remix make me sadder than the other ones? It almost feels like the secrets they keep are also keeping them from being happy.

well, the entire original story was full of cracked-out-ness.

If the reference falls out, the title referring to a cat will be tangential and psychotic. So it may fit anywho. :P

Im thinking it should be "Abort Once Around," which no one but me will understand, probably. but it works the best for what i was thinking. Or possibly, "To Be Simple." See i like it when the titles only make sense to ME.

also? are you sure you want to have a baby? I have one i can lend you for a while - free of charge!

ah... in that case, either of those titles would work. I don't see how they follow from the ficlet. :)

and we were pretty sure when we started. While the lending of Lord Voldemort might be free, the shipping would be terribly expensive, even for freight. ;)

OMG the Book one BREAKS ME it's so perfect. That was (partially) how I was going to bridge the gap between his baser instincts and call to God--that, unlike the rest of the crew, he had no confessor, no one to lay his burdens on...and somehow Jayne filled that role for him one night.

You guys are KILLING me here.

(Can I play with the Simon POV for this?)
