I'm organizing my downloads folder and I see, probably hundreds of, files that look like this

I know you posted this almost a month ago, but I found that packages named like that in my folder when I reorganized were mostly clothing, for some reason... If you download the CleanInstaller and SimPE it's pretty easy to find the file in CI (sort by file name) and the preview image should be able to tell you what it is - if not, open it in SimPE and root through the images there until you can make sense of it. ;)

OR if you get Delphy's Download Organizer you can scan for orphans and see if it's just an orphan file with no connection to anything (i.e. safe to delete).

I've just moved them all into a folder in my downloads called Inexplicable, Complicated Number-And-Letter.packages, just in case.
