Adorable! All very IC and I was chuckling the entire time I read it. :)

Typical that Dick is the only one completely happy about this little trick-or-treating enterprise of theirs. ;)

Jim's a smart cookie, though, and figured it out. Also, he's right about Halloween giving people the heebie-jeebies when they live in Gotham! :)

Nice bit about the Bats melting into the shadows. ;)

*grabby hands*

I hope that this will wind up a submission for the 2013 DCU Fic/Art Halloween Challenge. The first of many? *hopeful eyes* ;)

You know it was Dick's idea in the first place to take Damian trick-or-treating. "Hey! We're all dressed anyway!" And then to stop by and see if they can put one over on the Commissioner. :)

I was going to submit it to the challenge but I think it only uses one prompt, the trick-or-treating one. :(

I believe the Gotham City setting would make two prompts, not to mention candy and costumes. Hey, the costumes were used for trick-or-treating! That counts. :)

You've convinced me! Please feel free to include it. :)

Sorry I didn't get back sooner. Things have been hectic in all the wrong ways. That's also meant falling behind on getting those other Halloween fics done. I'm hoping for a productive weekend, though, if there's still time to make the challenge.

The Red Hood managed to make it sound snarky, the smallest Robin barely even bothered; Red Robin made an effort but seemed embarrassed, and only the Nightwing seemed to really be into it.

Eeee! So much giggling! Of course Dick is actually into it...

“God, I hope so,” the Red Robin muttered under his breath with an uneasy look back over his shoulder.

Oh man, I love this line and I can so imagine all of them looking around!
