I did snag a Michael Connolly omnibus that has his first three novels featuring L.A. detective Harry Bosch, and am hoping they turn out to be as good as advertised.

Oooh! Yes. I read the first novel a few months ago, at someone's recommendation. At the moment, I have a vague memory of enjoying it, and a definite memory of it making me want to read some Raymond Chandler next. :)
