So, I felt like doing some old meshes that I've always liked but the textures were getting unbearable on. Also, I didn't really feel like hand-painting, so curly hair was out. I've got a couple oldies-but-goodies right here.
First up is an old Sunair mesh, probably the only one I would say that I still really like. A simple one, with pigtails and some goofy holders:
Here's Dynamite, with gray holders. In fact, all of the black colors have gray holders.
Depth Charge, with black holders. All of the other naturals (including the grays) have black holders.
Here's Incendiary, and a shot of the back, which is due to the mapping. It's not HORRIBLE, but it is kinda stripey.
Aaand Explosive, and a shot of a liiiiiittle bit of striping on top. I did all of the naturals.
I also did all of the unnaturals. Here's HMX--all of the lighter unnaturals have black holders, which is most of them.
This is TNT. All of the darker colors have gray ponytail holders.
Do you want to download these? Of course you do! I give you two options.
Dyed Elders: All of the colors retain the youthful shades in the elder. All of the grays (Mail Bomb, Pipe Bomb, Time Bomb) are in the custom bin for all of the ages as the hairs.
Natural Elders: Grays are attached to the natural families and are only available to elders. Mail Bomb to Family 1 (Dynamite, Depth Charge, Incendiary, Explosive), Pipe Bomb to Family 2 (Shrapnel, Safety Fuse, Volatile, Pyrotechnic), Time Bomb to Family 3 (Land Mine, Fission, Grenade, Comburent), and no elder attached to Family 4 (Flash Powder, Brisance, Primer, Molotov). The unnaturals lack an elder color as well.
If you would like some other configuration, you can mix and match (just don't have two of the same file in your game at once), or take advantage of the handy-dandy
binning tutorial here.
Mesh included. Hair available to YA-Adults-Elders. All files compressorized.
I LOVE THIS PEGGY MESH. Just the shape of it and everything. It's animated a bit, and a bit wonkily at that, but I still thought it was worth bringing into the POOKLET TEXTURE age. Again, since I did all of the colors, I picked another family to preview.
Here's Land Mine.
Fission. I actually kept Peggy's braid texture because it was rather simple, I was lazy AND pretty sure that anything I did would look similar.
Grenade.
Comburent and a little bit of wonky animation. The back's the worst, but any pictures of that would fail to show off my texturing. And I didn't make the mesh. :P
TORPEDO! :D :D
Cannonball really sets off my model's eyes~
