Founder challenge at legacy_writers!
So, last time we sent off our three sets of twins to University. The update promptly ended, because I realized all of my townified clothes were GONE from the YA catalog. Now everything's been fixed, I've sent the family off to a new dorm I built, and it's funtimes!
YA Rebekah. Looks a lot like her grandma, Alicea, and is a knowledge sim who wants to be a Criminal Mastermind.
Her twin, Naomi. A pleasure sim who wants to be a Celebrity Chef.
Mark. He's a Family sim who wants to be Captain Hero.
Twin Bailey. Yes, he almost always looks like that. He's a Pleasure sim...who also wants to be Captain Hero. (...what?)
Clover. Fortune sim with a LTW of making 100,000 simoleans. Why, yes, that is identical to her mother's.
Finally, her twin Brent. I don't know why he's looking so emo. He's another Fortune sim with a LTW of hitting the top of the game development career. Hopefully y'all remember these dweebs now?
Though the dorm's only one floor, there's room for a couple dormies. I guess I shouldn't have been so worried about all the pale blondes my hood was producing before. It seems to be stuck in "very cheerful Asian" mode lately.
DORM TOUR. Exterior front. Decent porch. Like I said, it's only one floor.
Right in the front door. Pretty simple. Straight jaunt to the back door, and there's 8 Myne Doors. So each suite/apartment is for two students, though I suppose I could add more doors and more beds if I really wanted to. (Or if I had an odd number of kids.)
There's two types of suites: ones with double beds and ones with singles...it's really just the way the building ended up happening. Here's Rebekah walking into the suite she shares with Naomi. The four suites are color coded, too: red, yellow, green, and blue. Living area with wide, open windows and shades that go down in the evening.
Kitchenette right at the entrance. No cafeteria in this building!
LOL at the tiny hallway view. (The single bed suites have a little more hallway space.) Right hand door is the bathroom, other two are bedrooms.
Isn't their bathroom spiffy and nice?
One of the bedrooms. They both have desks, and one has a dresser/armoire.

The rooms are the same AREA, but they're narrower and longer, so I had to use single beds. More STUFF fits in these rooms, at least.
The back of the building looks SO nice. I want to go sit in the covered loveseat. :(

I decided on two sane updates instead of one ridiculously huge one. So we've got one more in Uni for the Delines. It may or may not have the heir moving back, we'll see what happens. So I'm probably going to decide the heir between then and now. I know Mark's got a fan club at this point, based on previous posts! And I do like his fiancee, but I'm leaning more towards one of the girls. Eh, let's pro and con everybody. (Pro: Is hot APPLIES TO EVERYONE AND IS A NON-ISSUE, btw.)

I thought the positioning in the load pic was cute. Gotherella in the center, then the sets of twins pretty much arranged in birth order.
I decided on two sane updates instead of one ridiculously huge one. So we've got one more in Uni for the Delines. It may or may not have the heir moving back, we'll see what happens. So I'm probably going to decide the heir between then and now. I know Mark's got a fan club at this point, based on previous posts!
