...so here's the thing. I literally had this update queued up to write, and then didn't touch anything Sims 2 related for nearly three years. It's the worst timing, because the hard work was done, this update leads up to an heir poll which might get like two votes now, and all that fun jazz. Let's see how this works out when there has been years

Yay, you're back!

I totally think Hoor is a) adorable and b) an excellent blend of genes, therefore I pick him for heir. (also, I get sadistic pleasure in watching pleasure/romance sims go kind of insane. I am not a terribly good person >.>)

I don't mind pleasure sims though, so you're more likely to watch him go nuts if he's a spare, haha.

Getting a notification for a new post from you really made my day - I've been following you for years, longer than I can remember and I've never commented until now. I haven't been active on LJ for six years now, but I still keep this journal around on the off chance that you'll update again.

I'm excited for the new heir, and might have to go back and re-read some of the older posts!

Hey, I have never been a huge commenter myself, so no worries! Glad to see that some interested peeps had notifications set, though. I'm not really active on LJ myself, about once a year I post about Eurovision on my main account just so a couple people know I'm alive.

Have fun if you do some re-reading! LJ appears to have eaten random individual pics here and there--I hope to fix them eventually, but since it's one or two per entry for a LOT of entries...that's a big task.

i didn't even remember that i had notifs turned on for when you post, so getting an e-mail that you'd posted again was a totally amazing surprise. i don't use lj anymore pretty much at all, and i'm not much of a commenter, but i've been following your legacies for years and it's so cool to see you back. i hope you keep posting!

At least you kept up your account to get the notification, it was a litle sad to do some quick back reading and see a few of my regular commenters had been deleted and purged. I totally get why they may have (who really uses LJ anymore), but I wonder if they're doing well, ya know?

I have a secret: I was rereading my own stuff because I missed my families, but then I was like, "dude just bite the bullet and pick up that old update and play again."

Aw, well Frigg's a good choice, too! It's been so long, I'm not hugely invested in who is chosen for heir, but I'll be chuffed if I get enough votes to have a valid vote!

I honestly cannot express fully how excited I am you're back. I don't think I found you until after your hiatus and I've read all your legacies multiple times because they're so much fun. They're such a warm, comfortable place for me that when I'm having a hard time or I can't sleep, I'll read them and it helps.

I actually am in the midst of downloading TS2 to play (aka downloading all the cc) because your legacies made me miss the game so much.

Hope none of that was too sappy! I'm just so excited you're back!

I get what you mean about loving revisting your old favorite stories, a couple of my old faves have deleted and purged, so I guess their stuff is gone forever. The ones that haven't, if I decide to go check on them, I'll have to hope that restore photobucket plugin on firefox is working.

Redownloading CC seems like a horrific task! I don't do backups nearly often enough, but I have some decent ones so I wouldn't have to start from scratch, at least. (And hey, if you like Pooklet hair, at least you can start with mine? XD)
