Hair Dump: Son of Hair Dump
This massive undertaking is what was preventing me from doing anything involving CC, as I wanted to keep BS loading as quickly as possible. Featuring many underutilized XM Sims meshes and a few from Peggy.
If you don't know the drill by now, anything I offer up retextured (since my hair poll) is done in Pooklet's four natural families, binned with an elder gray on every brown recolor, and I include Hat's extra gray so each family has a unique gray. All unused ages are removed, files are compressorized, and I include meshes.
This was probably the easiest to retexture and ended up the best looking. After the first few, Flora's hairs are always great meshes. All ages.

Couldn't resist doing my own interpretation of this curly hair by Newsea. I know I often claim my fluffy wavy hair capable of doing certain things, but this would actually be a good believable shorter hair mesh for me. :D Available for all ages, due to having the mesh fixed by trapping. Yay!

I beg your pardon about the name. This NiuTR individual seems to name their meshes in a more mind-boggingly silly way than Peggy. I've always liked this mesh, but it's needed Pooklet textures for awhile. Ages Teen - Elder.

I like the shape of this hair. It sits a liiiiittle low on the head, but it'll be great if you have any kids born with slightly larger foreheads? Bah. This hair, like all the hairs by death I've downloaded, is available for Adult/YA/Elder only. Darn.

There's a dearth of believably messy ponytails of hair of believable thickness held up by honest-to-god scrunchies, or I might not have bothered with this. Adult/YA/Elder only again. :/ Bluey-tie-dye scrunchies, though?

I love this hair. Can't put my finger on it, just a fan of the shape and the believable volume it's got. This one's for Teen-Elder, which seems to be a pattern for NiuTR.
This one comes with some bonus unnaturals! Teen-Elder, you get: Hangfire, Cannonball, Blasting Agent, Guncotton, Torpedo, and TNT.

You might not actually need both this AND the first hair in your game, but I like the shape especially from the side, which you can see the brunette modeling. The hairbow is all pink and girly, and I expect to end up sticking this more on little children and/or prissy teens than grandmas, but it's still for all ages. :)

All ages, even though that's impractical. I made the flower into a deep, violet-leaning blue rather than red...mainly because I thought that red would disappear into Explosive and Molotov hairs. I promise you, that's probably the only accessory recolor I used any amount of reasoning on besides, "Ooooh, shiny!"

This is a classic mesh, and our little girls have been needing to head off to school with their tiny side ponytails and heart-shaped holders for ages! Hair's still for all ages, but...LITTLE GIRLS. The holder is a seafoamy green plaid on the heart, with a darker tealy elastic.

How about long, long pigtails! Holders are a deep blue with a blackened lacy overlay. I will also mention that the mapping does show its age, but hopefully the new textures are breathing some new life into it. All ages.

Not gonna lie, I'm a little bit proud that I was able to make this happen at all. Another all ages mesh!
Two notes: first, that the back mapping directly above the hair trinket is...a'ight. It looks the worst on the light blondes, which is why I'm giving you an extra shot, since the preview model ended up being wearing black hair in the rotation. Second, more random unnaturals for you! This time, it's Shockwave, HMX, Afterburner, C-4, Hazardous, and Combustible!

Onto the oft-ignored male side! I'll admit, a great deal of my favorite male hair meshes have already been retextured to my satisfaction. But I found a few going through meshes that I wanted to try tackling on my own.
First up, this Flora hair. I think there's a female version, feel free to slap these textures on it if so, but I just wanted this hair for dudes. All ages.

Up next, a personal favorite of mine. I think the version I've been keeping in my game is Nouked, which isn't enough color variety for someone as spoiled as I've been by doing their own recolors. While I screwed up and took two side pictures from the same side, this mesh is symmetrical, so we're good. I realize I could've mirrored the shot, but I am nothing if not honest! :D :D
Anyway, this is only for Teens and up. The ponytail holder is a boring, respectable charcoal gray shade. It was too small to do much anything else. ;)

Finally, a bit of an experiment. This hair looked a bit of a blobby mess, but I slapped some textures on it anyway...and I think it ended up halfway all right. If you like giant, poofy asian boy-band hairs on your men. I can't remember if it's Teen+ or Adult+, but I'd never put this on a toddler anyway!

And that's it, finally! I can write my update, hopefully make a tattoo box, and maybe actually play my game again soon. Bizarrely enough, though I am downloading new meshes to texture as I type this, I think I'm putting myself on a creating moratorium for awhile. I miss my game. :(

Some of the lamps in the models' room were casting a colored light, so I ditched those, adjusted some windows, but now the sims seem a bit too bright compared to the walls right behind them, so I dunno. I'm not good at real photography, either!
