Hmm...that's probably an LJ display issue. They're definitely there, they were uploaded a few days ago, so unaffected by any wonkiness tonight.

I did notice tonight that my header keeps randomly appearing and disappearing, and that's on the rikkulidea scrapbook, whereas I can see the update pictures myself, uploaded to the quinctia scrapbook, so I guess if they don't resolve for you, you might have to wait until LJ's behaving? :( :( :(

LOL well I looked on my phone and for some reason it had a few of the pictures duplicated (the pic of her talking to Zisa bout bfs on my phone was Zisa painting her heir portrait and a few others...kinda made me o.0)

Absolutely a great chapter as always, and I love Brodie being all perma-angry and bitchy...kinda hott on her

And woohoo!! Aeneas Dork!! how hott is he :p

Zisa has a huge line-up of potential spouses on her hands...I wonder who she will wind up with.

Haha, my phone's not top of the line, but a smart phone that can go to webpages, play youtube videos, but it will crap out if I try to view my own update posts, so somehow that wonkiness on yours doesn't surprise me. Huge updates are huge.

Glad you enjoyed it. :D

Well, for now, it's a bit of a wait and see if Zisa rolls any pertinant wants during a date in terms of engagement, etc. I suppose I don't have to get her married right away, but it's nice to have an extra adult in an ISBI.

Haha, well I am only really keeping up with one and a half, because I'm not suppose to control Zisa's siblings. But there's a lot of cycling through them all for picture-taking.

Well, I get that some of them care about academics more than others, but it's odd how some of the GCers are coping differently.

Today I got Chewbacca! :D

Loved the update!

And I think it's funny: I studied this weekend for my exam of Latin (which I have tomorrow) and we had to study Vergilius' Aeneis, which is - of course - about Aeneas. The picture I had in my mind of Aeneas has now completely changed to the Aeneas in your game! XD I'll probably think about it tomorrow while I'm taking the test.

Nice Simlish periodic table, btw.

Oh god, how long have you been studying the Aeneid? That was nearly the entirety of my fourth year Latin curriculum...which made things a bit boring compared to the year before, where we had a variety of prose and poetry and read the Odyssey in English. We get to the next year and it's all the same structured verse with mysteriously disappearing verbs and we read the Aeneid simultaneously in English rendering our homework pointless. I got rather sick of the Aeneid, haha. Hopefully, it's treating you a little better!

I keep meaning to get back into Latin, I've forgotten quite a bit, but I have the first Harry Potter book in Latin that I should tackle.

I forget where I got the simlish periodic table, but it's one of those things that went straight into my game because I'm a gigantic nerd.

Oh we only read it for like three months, and we didn't read it all. I thought it was quite fun, but when you're reading it that long it gets boring. I can't imagine what it must be like when you read it a whole year! XD Poor you!

And seriously? Harry Potter in Latin? That's friggin' awesome! XD Maybe I should try that sometime..

Oh and btw, I found that table on MTS. :D

THE CULT OF CHEESE. I have a whole house full of GC sims at the moment that would gladly join.

I AM SO JEALOUS. I saw those in a toy store, and was soooo tempted to buy it, but it was expensive and I wasn't sure if it was worth it and etc. Tell me if there are good things in it??

Oh no, don't encourage them!

Well, the idea of lego advent calendars in general has fascinated me for a year or two, but the last time I thought about ordering one was near the end of November, and the site was definitely sold out. I thought it was too much of a novelty to find in a brick and mortar store!

I've been having a bit of fun with it so far, but I've never been good at recognizing Star Wars vehicles OR lego versions of vehicles, so those have baffled me a bit. And, I'm either doing things really wrong, or I have some random extra pieces. (Given I had one vehicle that had four claws and baggie of parts came with five, I don't think the problem is me....)

I got Chewy today! And I hear rumors of a Christmas tree and yoda in a santa suit.

"How the hell do you catch macaroni and cheese on fire, anyway?" ...Ask my husband. :)

Also, GAH! Too many Grilled Cheese sims! *laugh* I can't stand having them in my game, so for now I only have one (secondary aspiration). It just takes over their entire wants panel and nothing you do makes them happy anymore. *pout*

I caught a paper plate on fire making *cough*Grilled Cheese*cough* once, but that's because I absent mindedly stuck the plate between the burners on a gas stove. Obviously, the anticipation made my brain stop working.

Aw, the secondary ones I had in one of the other families only seemed to go about half grilled cheese. Though my sims nearly always end up with their six slots, so I don't know if that helps with variety or not.
