wow! this ran me through a whole range of emotions - first i was laughing at marui, then i was annoyed at jackal, and then i was annoyed at marui for being annoyed at jackal, and then the concert was so beautifully described, and then the last section made me all gooey ...

Aww, this was really sweet! Poor Marui - Jackal obviously meant well, but I think I would have given up on getting to my destination after the run-in with that thug!! I have to admit that I giggled when Marui pointed out that he only has brothers though. : )

Like Marui, I too was kind of annoyed with Jackal for making him go all that way to do something Jackal wanted to do (and making it sound like something Marui was absolutely going to love) - but the description of the concert was lovely and Jackal does make the point that they usually do what Marui wants to do!

The end was really nice too - it kind of gives the hopeful feeling that they're going to stay friends for a long time!
