Fandom-maintenance got complicated before I came to LJ in 2003! There were "I'm gonna make a friends-cut, don't hate me" and free-for-all friending events and all that. And then when InsaneJournal and JournalFen came along, this happened too.
I just hope my editors don't tell me I need a WordPress or Blogger blog or something because I think I'm at maximum capacity here. Or the Not A Journal blog would have to be able to mirror to DW/LJ, just so people could have me on whatever platform they liked best.
I guess it's easiest to have buy-my-books links on a blogging-platform blog? Though, honestly, I could just make Julian Griffith's sidebar website my "works" page on my publisher's website. Might get complicated if I eventually have stuff with more than one press.
