Just as a heads up Riker, check to see if there's a plugin like I use on myffjournal.com, it allows cross posting so you update both sites at once from your blogger. I actually don't write anything on LJ. Lol not to push you somewhere else, but check out myffjournal.com too, I wrote quite a few api's to make blogging for FFXI a sinch.
