I always search my friend who can bear with me, who can listen to me, until can bear me if I fall to crying while speaking. I'll feel half okay. After that, I'll culinary tour or go to somewhere, I mean... anywhere. Even go to my bff home, walk in some mall (without buying any expensive things, hehe), or just go around to any random park. That will help you too.
Yumichan arigatou~ sorry i just able to reply your comment..i did what you advice and i have a friend night with some friends, speaking of random arashi thing it really relaxaxing ne~ and we go to a mean in the day after..it does bring my mood better but my real life stilk drag me so bad..lol..but i'm sure i can beat it..
