I am quite possibly the biggest worry wart in the history of the world, especially when I get really stressed with my school work.
Today is Monday, and it is the start of a very hectic week. I have a paper due tomorrow, 2 tests on Wednesday, and a paper and HUGEEEE test on Thursday. This weekend I just kept thinking about how terrible this week is,

if the worry is still there make a list of everything that worries you and then as those things pass write down how you worrying about them helped. most of the things you worry about you can't do anything about and the other things will just pass without being as dramatic of life threatening as you thought. sorry to give unsolicited advice, but those things really helped me alot.
