Writer Check-In #4

So last week LJ was non-functional, which is why I didn't get a chance to make a post.  Which is all the more reason we need a check-in today :)

August is here and deadlines are approaching.  How are we all faring?  Did LJ's downtime help anyone get more writing done?

I am failing miserably...which doesn't actually surprise me at all

Aww, well, I know you are often overrun with plot bunnies. Is it just a matter of keeping the others at bay while you focus on this one?

Yeah, RL can be like that. It's amazing how inconsiderate RL can be when it comes to recreational pursuits :)

I hope things calm down--and you get some writing done.

Frustrated as crap and ready to cry, but that's my reaction to ANY kind of stress so it actually doesn't surprise me.
