It's that time of year again...
The time at which dragons turn another year older.
In just over a week, I shall add another tick mark to the tally of revolutions that I've made around the sun.
My birthday is actually the 22nd, odds are it'll be just another day like any other since I haven't any real plans. Still it's worth mentioning I guess. :) -

Oooh...now this looks interesting...
It seems that Studio Ghibli is getting into the video game business with the help of Level 5 studios.
It's going to be coming out for the DS and PS3 and so far the PS3 version at least is looking quite beautiful.
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to find out what god I must make a sacrifice to to ensure this gets brought over to North American -

I think that whomever designed the ANT scripting language must have been a rather...unique individual. In my brief time working with this tool I have found it to be both powerful and inscrutable. I almost feel as if I need to switch my brain into Reverse Polish Notation in order to fully comprehend it.

Tonight they had a segment on the Deepwater Horizon the oil rig that exploded and sank in the gulf.
There's really too much to sum up but it's very much worth watching and listening to what happened. If nothing else, take this as a lesson about what happens when a culture in an organization goes wrong. -

It seems sometime overnight someone decided that my garage door would be a good place to attempt to perform the magic-trick of making a car go through a solid object. Seems Bioware has put out a full trailer to Mass Effect 2, and well all I can say after watching it is that I'm glad I preordered. That and I have to wonder when the Mass Effect movie will come out, I mean that's a whole new level of epic they've managed to put into a videogame trailer. Hollywood can ( Read more... )
