To be fair, there's a big argument over in the Power Rangers community about the whole thing right now. One story says he was DUI, another story says that he wasn't drunk, passed all the roadside sobriety tests, and was never told why he was being cuffed and carted off.

Honestly, the article linked is so scanty that I'm hesitant to believe it, or take either side until actual evidence can be produced for one camp or the other.
