I've recced it at janto_recs I really think you should cross post it to a few communities, it's brilliant. I suggest the following:

I would post it to at least one com, hopefully then you'll get the recognition this fic deserves!

Oh wow. This was really beautiful. It was melancholy and sad for Jack, but also good that he still loved Ianto and was finally able to move on. Really beautiful!
