Yeah, there was another Irvine around a while back, but he wasn't our Irvine, and then he disappeared. There's no real pattern to when people come and go, I've been trying to figure it out. It just seems like they'll drop off the face of the planet and then half their stuff disappears or something and sometimes they're gone forever and sometimes they come back. Nobody's ever sure what happens. Zell and I've been keeping a report and carrying it around on flash drives in case one of us manages to get out of here and make it back to Balamb Garden. I have no idea how Squall's going to take it when he reads it, but this is just weird. Zell's been here since February I think, and I got stuck here mid-April. But it looks like the disappearing-reappearing trick is the least of our worries. I tell you Irvy, stuff happens here that makes Ultimecia's Time Compression seem boring!
