Do they realize yoga isn't exactly 'new-fangled' anymore? And what is so wrong with the spiritual elements of it? Wouldn't they liken it to prayer, which some consider also to be a form of meditation?
I practice yoga regularly (not very well, but whatever), and it has no impact on my spiritual beliefs. It does help me to stay calm in times of stress (breathing exercises), and makes my legs a lot more flexible, which helps me avoid injuries. The meditation aspect lets me know what things I need to work through and often how to work through them. Not at all like prayer for me.
Perhaps Bryan and Leah should give it a try and see how they feel in a month.

I seriously doubt they will take your letter into consideration since it would probably be considered insulting by the intended recipients.
They are probably sitting there thinking "Damn Hippies!"
