saturday is the feast of the ass, according to llewelyn's magical encyclopedia.

i can't find any info on the pagan traditions of the feast of the ass, just weird catholic ceremonies involving young girls and priests and donkeys.

anybody care to shed any light on the feast of the ass as it applies to pagan tradition?
