hmm.. i wonder if that shoudl be considered legal? he did the work.. he didnt get paid, he should be able to undo the work? or maybe he should ask for payment first?

anyway, provided there are not other uknown parts to this story, mad props to the roofer

i wish i'd seen it, it sounds like a fun story.

when i have any long-term project i try to ask for at least 1/3 down up front.

i'd think a more legal alternative (or at least one less likely to get him shot) would involve the court system.
