Is there anywhere where international viewers can watch the Making Of videos?

Not that I know of. Maybe when the episodes come out in your country, you'll get them.

Strangely, I can access the Syfy videos. I didn't even click on them to begin with assuming I would be denied access but they work for me so YAY!
