Yes, he was here right around the time I had to leave the City. I had to return back to my world and continue the fight alongside the other Riders.

Not that I'm aware of...

Yes... I've heard rumors of multiple worlds with Riders in them. We have... Kabuto, Gattack, Drake, the two Hoppers, myself ...at least 6 Riders in my world.

... Ah. Alright then. I'll have to look for him.

I'm under the assumption that there's a small army's worth of Riders but I'm not sure...

Maybe in one of the worlds...

I mean there's a fairly large number of Riders overall between all the Worlds... I'm just not sure how many.

I don't know. With all the people here in the City, it would be impossible to count them all. Within the Rider worlds... I can't say either. I've only heard rumors of the many different worlds.
