In the few hours since my arrival, I've encountered four muggings, a jewelry store robbery, and found an intersection brought to a halt by two rival gangs trying to kill each other.

That's ridiculous even for big city standards, but I'm told it's not entirely abnormal.

Incidentally, I ran out of handcuffs.

My partner here, Gaomon, was once an officer in the Neon City Police, but was forced out due to trying to fight its corruption.

Myself, I am head of a Paranormal Investigations division in my city's police department. The cases we typically handle are... well, unusual. Let it just be said I'm used to handling cases involving strange happenings and creatures.

I've only been here a day, but I can easily see that just trying to do things alone ... isn't going to be very effective. Especially since, apparently, I'm not GOING anywhere anytime soon...

I want to know about your organization. Given my experiences, it may be what I need to look at in terms of accomplishing anything here.
