Yesterday, I made a halfway decent pasta with an improvised white sauce and chicken. The sauce came out probably better than any other sauce I've tried to do; I'm learning not to add too many flavors. Here's basically what I did. Disclaimer: I wasn't measuring, these are after-the-fact estimates.
