Just a thought - is there any precedent for a 'classic' departure cover like #213 being a fakeout? I get that PAD said the departee may not leave the book itself, but putting Darwin so prominently post-#213 makes me wonder slightly.
I don't mind a fakeout so long as Ric and Star are still in the book. *shameless fan plea* I love the entire cast, but of all of them Darwin was the one I minded losing the least. I do notice he's still in his uniform including his X-Factor belt badge. But then, covers lie...
Y'know, I tried composing an e-mail to send for X-Positions for PAD but I got a failure-to-send notice. :( Hopefully someone else will ask why Dr. Castillo was so skeptical that Ric was the father or of what other popular films have warped 'Stars mind. :P
I third the idea of someone asking about what movies Star has been watching. Because CLEARLY, he's pretty influenced by whatever he ends up watching with Rictor. I sense this becoming a running joke for the character -- whatever is the latest thing he's watched becoming something he imitates for LOLs.
Methinks I have another idea in that vein, which I think I will ask.
Movies that should be/are Banned (for fear Shatterstar will watch and imitate them)
