So last thursday (now two thursdays ago, 2-26, I've been really busy!) I ended up going to see Ferry Corsten at the Roxy in Boston. I got all spiffed up, cut myself a mohawk since I needed a haircut anyway, and threw on my club shirt with a pair of jeans and a nice set of shoes.

Yep, 10 bucks plus a buck tip = 11 bucks for a tiny little drink. I was pissed, but didn't have a choice. It was worth it though.

Interesting. Yeah I really don't like paying more then 5 bucks with tip for beer, but I've slowly given in lately. It helps to be working full-time too, cause back when I was in college I would never buy any drink cause it was just way too expensive. Now once every month or so I'll end up at a bar and I'll just say fuck it and order a bunch of expensive stuff, though my bill never really peaks 50, and is usually well below that.
