I'd wager she cheated. But I knew who it was!!! And on the subject of Tal, would you agree that the lead singer of Sum 41 looks more than a little like her in that picture?

The people at the apple shop might just tell you to go directly to apple. Don't phone them though, they're useless over the phone!! Just do it all through their website if it heads that way.

If it's not got an obvious dent on it, and it's under the year warranty you might get it fixed for free. I've not seen the case shift before like in your pic so i'm not sure :P

It hasn't got a dent but it's fairly obvious that I dropped it. Maybe I could just say that the casing was loose and it got pushed into it? :/
