Do you speak Spanish? I don't, and don't enjoy Latin-influenced music much at all - sorry.

My mom is Cuban, so when I was little, I spoke only Spanish, but I grew up and lost it. We didn't live around my mom's family so we never spoke Spanish at home and despite my many years in school taking Spanish, I never really mastered it the way I should have.

Possibly because I HATED it.

Which surprised the devil out of me when I took to liking AlexCuba so much. Because I hate (almost) all Latin-influenced entertainment (the television is embarrassing and idiotic, the music is annoying and repetitious and annoying. ;D) But AlexCuba is in a class all by himself. He has a twin brother, Adonis, who is also a musician and try as I might, for nepotism's sake, I cannot get into his music.

But Alex? I cannot get OUT of it.
