Yay book 11!

We FINALLY finished The Egypt Game. Okay, it was a re-read for me, and the youngsters didn't enjoy it quite as much as I did back when I read it. Maybe I was older? Or more of an Ancient Egypt fangirl? I dunno. There is a sequel, apparently, which I think I will read. However, the youngsters want no part of it. Hmmph

Yes! I only found out last week as I had left our copy at my mom's and rather than go all 4 miles to her house (gasp!) I stopped by the library on the way home to see if they had it. I did a search of the catalog and found that while they didn't have The Egypt Game, they DID have The Gypsy Game. I wasn't sure if it was a sequel until last night, the last part of the book was the question, "What do you know about gypsies?"

I am intrigued.

I am happy that I know someone else who knows this book.

I've been pushing through Sherlock Holmes stories and don't feel like reading anything either. WTF?

You need to go to the library and stop spending money on books. ;) But if you are like me, then you will keep them all too long and wind up with fines almost as much as if you had bought the book!

My problem is that when I read a book I love, I don't want to give it back. I have started checking out books from the library, but I end up buying a copy of the book later anyway. *sigh*

I'm pretty sure that's Anne Hathaway from the movie, although its sort of a funny angle so I'm not certain.
