well...considering that I'm not all that bright...here's what I interpreted...and It's probably all WRONG but...its feedback right? so here you go my dear!
ok so I get that they guy singing the song is talking about how he is very depressed and he wants some girl so bad... so bad that he can't eat or sleep...and its one of those scenarios where you're beating yourself up over it...because you don't know how to solve your own problem...like when you've just got your heart broken and you're sitting there all day like "why?"..."why me?"...
I got that out of the first part...and now...for the rest, maybe he's upset cuz he's scared of losing her...or he's already afraid that he's lost her...and he's desperately trying to reach her...but she's not hearing him as he would want her to...not taking him seriously...as if everything is just a joke...
