I know, he's totally gorgeous. Like I ever cared about bobsleds before last night. Now I'm thinking about putting up a poster.
You can friend him on Facebook, by the way. Just type in "Steven Holcomb" and "bobsled" to cut through all the other 5,000 Steven Holcombs in the world.
This is only the second celebrity I've friended, by the way. The other was that Captain Sully Sullenberger who landed that airplane in the Hudson--but let me tell you, he's SO not doing it for me anymore.
You think those Team Holcomb guys ever fool around with each other in the sled? Like Jack and Rose steaming up that car window in "Titanic"?
I don't know how well you knew him, but we are putting together a memorial service for him here in WV, and I would like to get the word out to his DC friends, if anyone is interested in coming down for it. I'm also asking for any pictures and such that could be incorporated into a memorial slideshow for him. Please help to pass the word along. Thanks.
Hey there. We live in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. We met Rick several times when he came up this way to visit John Straw. I don't have any pics of him but fondly remembered traveling with him back from New York many years ago.
