Derinkuyu was actually used as the site of some important events in the backstory of Vampire: the Masquerade.

It makes sense that the underground cities of Cappadocio would end up in any literate RPG.

...I guess it's a shame it was Vampire canon, though: I'd've preferred something less IP-centred, less splatbooky, personally.
