Jessica Valenti wrote a book called, "He's a Stud, She's a Slut...and 49 Other Double Standards Every Woman Should Know".

I just thought of that when you mentioned the slut vs. stud mentality. I haven't read this book yet, but I enjoyed her first book, "Full Frontal Feminism", so I'm sure I'll pick this one up at some point.

I'm going to check out that Valenti book, too. It amazes me (more than it should, perhaps, but I just can't stop being a little bit of an idealist) how much of a double standard we still have about expectations of sexual experience.
