 I'm a bad bad evil person... so here's a teaser for the next chapter, as I didn't get the whole thing done by today as expected. If everything works out as I plan though, the whole chapter should be up by around Monday. Leave me intrigued notes and I might try and bump that up. (What can I say, I don't self motivate, I know this... so I hope that

I'm delighted to hear that despite how long it's taking me, there's still an eager audience for this story. I did TRY to have it yesterday, and I spent another hour staring at it today. I think it's a small case of blockage with regards to this chapter in particular... I have the whole next book plotted out, the whole rest of this one planned out, and I know what I need to say... it's just the very small step between point A and B that refuses to manifest as words, dammit. Thank you so much for the encouraging name calling :-D

After everyone's encouragement, the chapter is now finished, and emailed to my lovely beta. Here's hoping she checks her email soon. :-D If I get it back today, I'll totally post it tonight, promise.

I'm trying! I did spend an hour today staring at this willing the next few paragraphs to appear... they just aren't here yet. Which annoys me, since the whole rest of the story is, and the next book to boot. Sigh. Sometimes the little stretches of connecting bit are seriously the biggest bitch. Thank you for the encouragement, I really appreciate it.

This is great! Love that Kelly seems spirited and follows Tony's lead so well. You're presenting her strength and obvious vulnerability in a believable way - very fun to read.

Having said that.... I check EVERYDAY and hope for more of this story! Please put it out there!

I'm so happy to hear that Kelly is a believable character, she's been a challenge to write. It's so hard to write the character of a child and get it right, people have such differing opinions of what a kid should be like in writing. Thank you for the encouragement! I promise I'm trying to get the rest of this up as fast as I can. Don't tell my boss, I've totally been writing bits of this at work to get it done faster. Oops. :-D
