Odd shipping thoughts

So I was never really in to Card Captor Sakura... I mean it's cute and I like it but I never obsessively hunted down the entire series to consume it in one weekend.  And I'm not a big shipper anymore... I like to just go with what canon gives me.  So why is it I am craving to read Touya/Tomoyo fic?  What's up with that?

Canon pairings are always best, I think ^^ Though sometimes I wish love triangles would go a different way.
