Omg! A Colbert Christmas is going to be on tonight on ctv at 10. :) this makes me happy... Haven't seen it since the first time. Oh, know what else makes me happy? Yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing it again, esp the Jon part (which admittedly I've watched several times since, but still...).

Summary includes the line "...late-night comedians have become some of the most important newscasters in the country". Awesome. :) I do wonder what Jon would say about this book, though, considering that he's always maintained he's just a comedian... in spite of all the evidence. ^^;

That other book looked interesting too, yeah. Can't recall the name, though. And checking the index, sadly Jon is actually only on 3 pages. Oh well.

Ooh, thanks for the link! Yeah...I bet he wouldn't like that being said about him, honestly. Though, I really do think he serves an important role.

I believe that other book is called The battle for America 2008 : the story of an extraordinary election. Yeah, even if he's not in there very much, I'm sure it'd be an interesting read!
