Way back when I started in this hobby, in 03? I noticed that very savvy collectors would get a doll, play, take ics and before the year was out they would sell and get another. I think objectively that that would be the most fiscally responsible way of owning dolls, esp dolls with a possible expiration date ... but I cannot do that. Lately I have tyring to do better and I do SELL them asap if I am not totally in love with them after having them for a week.

Hi! I think of the yellowing as an aging process. It's hard to avoid it.....

She is really beautiful. I'm glad you have a chance to play with her and take photos. I totally agree with you that when you have extreme fatigue and feel poorly, it is very difficult and time consuming to get the doll ready and take photos. It really drains your energy and mind to get the doll ready. Sometimes it takes me days to do it too.

Stress is never good but I admit, sometimes this hobby can be stressful for me. I think it is the same for you too. T_T

But when we are in the enjoyable times it makes us feel so happy to be in the hobby, no? It is a give and take situation I guess. It's not all good things that comes with this hobby. There are times the bad outweighs the good and vice versa >< And during those bad times we need breaks from it to breathe. Otherwise it is so difficult ( ... )
