It occurred to me recently that I've started taking part in puzzle events on a regular basis and that I should start keeping a list of these events (and my write-ups about them) so that I can more easily direct interested parties to information about them.

This past weekend was entirely devoted to the Microsoft Puzzle Hunt and as you can probably imagine, ( I had a fabulous time... )

I think by now, everyone on this list can't help but be aware of the fact that I love puzzles, and games, and puzzle games. While I obviously adore the MIT Mystery Hunt, the west coast has long had a tradition of puzzle hunts known simply as "The Game" which I have always wanted to take part in. ( read more... )

With only 135 days left to go before the start of the 2011 MIT Mystery Hunt, it's probably past time I actually posted the write-up that I wrote (months ago) about ( the 2010 MIT Mystery Hunt... )

A week or two ago, cobie sent out a call for teams for a new event that he was running, an urban photo scavenger hunt through the city of Boston with random puzzles to sweeten the deal.
