We're going from 1200+ square feet to 1080. We don't really use the dining room we have now, so losing that won't be a big deal. But we're also doubling the rent, if you can believe it. It's all about proximity to my girlfriend's work. She's going to be 5 minutes away. She could walk if she wanted to. And she's paying the rent. We'll figure it out. Getting rid of stuff is soul-cleansing.
