Here we go again

We signed a lease on a new place. We're leaving this dump at the end of September.

There are pros and cons, but the conniest con is that we're doubling our rent to live at the new place, and it definitely ain't fancy. The cost is the location.

I need to bring in some money to help with the rent. I hate everything right now.
