IDK, I've always viewed Valentine's Day as a day to love EVERYONE, not just a significant other. I still. kind of do, despite having one.

As far as the layout thing, it kind of depends on what you wanna do? I can't really make layouts either, but what you can try doing is going to a comm that offers pre-made livejournals and just mess with the code? All I can do is mess around with header images or backgrounds D:

I can give layout tips depending on the image you have in mind. Sometimes it's better to choose a layout that compliments the image, or at least that's how I prefer it. I'm not that good at it, but I'd love to help.
